Exhibitors WILL BE EMAILED AFTER COMPLETING REGISTRATION (INCLUDING PAYMENT) IN ORDER TO CHOOSE A BOOTH LOCATION IN THE EXHIBIT HALL.

GENERAL EXHIBITORS: Rental of one booth ($800) includes a Corporate Membership in OKSTE (expires 6/30/23). Additional exhibit space is $500 per booth.  

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS:  Exhibit space rental for non-profit organizations is $300 per booth.  Proof of non-profit status is required.  

CANCELATION POLICY: Premier, Platinum, Gold and Silver partnerships canceled before Sept 3, 2022 receive a 50% refund; no refund on partnerships canceled on or after Sept 3, 2022. Exhibit booths canceled before Aug 3, 2022 receive a full refund; those canceled Aug 3 - Sept 2, 2022, receive a 50% refund; those canceled Sept 3 - Oct 2, 2022, receive a 25% refund; no refund on exhibit booths canceled on or after Oct 3, 2022.

Exhibitors will set up on November 1, 2022.  The Exhibit Hall will be open for conference participants from November 2 - 3, 2022.  Show hours are set for 10 am - 5 pm on Wednesday, and 11 am - 3 pm on Thursday.  No Conflict Exhibit Times are set for Wednesday from 10:00 am to 10:30 am and Thursday from 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm. a snack will be provided to attendees in the exhibit hall at this time on Thursday.

OKSTE Social: OKSTE will host a Social in the Exhibit Hall from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm on Wednesday, November 2nd. This is another no conflict exhibit time. 

Each exhibit booth is 10' x 10' and includes:  one 8' skirted table, two chairs, pipe and drape on three sides (back drape is 8' tall; side drapes are 3' tall), a booth sign, and a wastebasket.  Event 1 Productions is handling the show set-up, freight, additional equipment and services, and show take-down.  Download the exhibitor packet at https://www.event1inc.net/events/view/109.

Electricity and Internet service must be purchased via the Cox Business Convention Center Exhibitor Store at https://exhibitors.venueops.com/order/account-1025/exhibition-257-A.

WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THAT ALL VENDORS REMAIN SET UP AND OPEN DURING THE ENTIRE EXHIBIT HALL HOURS AS A RESPONSIBLE COURTESY TO OUR PARTICIPANTS.  Please make your travel arrangements so you are able to stay through the end of the exhibit hall hours.

Security officers will be provided during Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and nights when the exhibit hall is not open for conference participants.

A representative from your company/entity must be present in your booth space(s) during open showtimes.
