Todd Borland

Todd Borland began working for Union Public Schools in 1999.  He was named executive director of Information Technology in the spring of 2013, after serving as associate director of the department. Borland earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern State University and a master’s degree in school administration from Northeastern State University.
