Mr. Burch has worked for the Oklahoma Department of Career & Technology Education for more than five years, and currently serves as the State Program Administrator for the Business, Marketing, and Information Technology division. During his time with the agency, he has also served as the State Advisor for both BPA and DECA, and supported educators as a Program Specialist with a special focus on the finance and marketing clusters. Mark also spent two years working for National BPA as the Director of Member Services, where he played a key role in expanding BPA membership into China and growing virtual membership. Mark graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors in Marketing and in the last few years obtained his Masters in Educational Leadership. | Contact Information
