Crystal Szymanski currently serves as the Superintendent and Elementary Principal for Kremlin-Hillsdale Public Schools, where she has been since 2024. Prior to serving at Kremlin-Hillsdale, Szymanski served as the junior high principal for Stillwater Public Schools for 4 years and prior to that, the middle school principal for Chisholm Public Schools for 6 years. Crystal holds a Bachelors in Social Studies Education, a Masters in Secondary Education, and a Masters in Education Leadership, all from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Crystal helped lead Chisholm Middle School to a National Blue Ribbon awarded in 2021. She was recognized as the 2023 OMLEA/OASSP Mid-Level Principal of the Year and is a continuous advocate for the successful integration and implementation of educational technology and STEM programs, including the start up and support of new robotics programs at both CMS and SJHS. |
